GENERAL
Coherent module is a Tunable wavelength for DWDM transmission. Coherent optical communication is an optical transmission using
local oscillator for coherent detection, which uses a digital
signal processor (DSP). It has the ability to meet or exceed transfer rates of 100G 200G
400G and requires a pair of fiber dual fiber to transmit data,
often used for long-distance applications. Coherent CFP2 100G/200G direct connection about 40~50KM high speed
can be backward compatible. Its package has CFP CFP2,CFP4,QSFP DD, OSFP and so on. The current mainstream is CFP2 and QSFP DD.
